OVERVIEW

Financial Soccer is an interactive game that teaches practical financial concepts through engaging play. Partnering with Visa, we helped launch this globally across web and mobile platforms, building a cohesive brand and UI system from the ground up.

CHALLENGE

Design a product to make financial literacy fun, approachable, and globally scalable.

APPROACH

Developed an accessible interface for all ages

Created visual systems adaptable across cultures

Mapped out financial learning paths to align with gameplay

Branded a financial education initiative for teens and young adults by tapping into gaming culture. Inspired by popular video game aesthetics, we used vibrant visuals and dynamic layouts to engage younger users. An interactive trivia game taught key financial concepts like budgeting and saving in a fun, competitive format. In partnership with FIFA and VISA, the campaign expanded globally, merging the excitement of sports with accessible financial literacy.

The result was a brand that connected with young audiences through a familiar, game-like experience. By integrating interactive trivia, users learned financial concepts in a fun, competitive format. Collaborating with FIFA and VISA amplified the campaign’s reach and credibility, making financial literacy more engaging and accessible for teens worldwide.

I led the overall branding and user interface design for the game. Early on, I explored visual directions based on user needs and gaming trends to shape the look and feel. I delivered final production screens, marketing assets, and developer handoffs, while also supporting the product team through implementation.

This project taught me the power of turning complex, serious topics into playful, approachable experiences—without losing impact.
