OVERVIEW

Mlem Sips Co is a small-batch matcha pop-up brand offering artisanal drinks with a playful, modern aesthetic. Designed to stand out in bustling markets and pop-up events, the brand identity needed to convey high quality, freshness, and an approachable vibe that would connect with younger, social media–savvy audiences. I was brought on to create the entire brand from the ground up, from concept and positioning to visual identity, social media presence, and event-ready collateral.

CHALLENGE

Mlem Sips Co needed a complete brand identity that could capture the excitement of their pop-up while working seamlessly across event signage, seasonal menus, and social media. The system had to feel fresh, approachable, and adaptable for quick production between events.

APPROACH

I defined the brand’s personality through mood boards and research, then created a bold yet friendly visual identity with a fresh green palette and rounded typography. Scalable social media templates, printed collateral, and packaging ensured the brand felt cohesive and ready for both market activations and digital storytelling.

I led the end-to-end brand creation process, starting from initial concept development through to full execution. This included crafting the brand strategy, defining its personality, and establishing clear positioning. I designed the logo, typography system, and color palette to create a cohesive visual identity, and developed comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure future scalability. Additionally, I created social media templates and motion graphics specifically tailored for Instagram, designed packaging, labels, and event signage, and styled and photographed products to support marketing efforts and enhance social media presence.

CONTRIBUTIONS

Successfully launched brand in 2025 across multiple markets. Branding was used throughout packaging, social media, and storefront items.
